Although we assign a variety of expert retouchers and creatives to each project, each team is led by a singular point of contact that is charged with process oversight, accuracy, and deliverables for our clients. This allows for effective communication as well as ensuring consistency in production.

Project Kick-Off

A successful kick-off is the first step in efficient production. That’s why before we get on a call we make sure we’re prepped with a thorough client intake so we can hit the ground running. On our first call we establish alignment by discussing expectations, requirements, and potential blockers. This helps everyone stay on the same page as we “write the book” of a given project together.

Strategic Planning and Goal Setting

We believe in the power of strategy. Without methodology what would science be? Viewing a project from end-to-end we can build an action plan and prioritize elements that streamline production. Looking at deliverables versus timeline, we can set milestones for feedback before going to the next team. We’re ready to go out into the field as soon as you need us there.

Using Alignment Files to Batch Content

Working in batches saves time, but it also requires everyone to align on the vision early. To do this, we use what we like to call “alignment files”. Creating alignment files gives the client an opportunity to approve or give feedback on the content before it is applied at scale. This ensures that we can hit the target for our clients every time.
